Old City is mostly condos with a few historic row-homes and new construction townhomes that were built within the last 20 years; the condos are a wide range from high-rise buildings to low-rise buildings, one to three bedroom condos, some with parking some without.  The row-homes range from tiny 600 square feet to luxurious new construction over 5,000 square feet with parking and multiple roof decks.
