Center city is a large area and includes most property types you could find in Philadelphia. A mix of new condos and historical row-homes, you can easily find the perfect space. For a true shopping experience, head toward Rittenhouse on Walnut Street, where large brands and small businesses come together for the good of fashion. Head to Midtown and Washington West if fabric, jewelry, and small art galleries are what you're looking for. 

For larger than life experiences, the Art Museum, Rodin Museum, and Barnes Foundation all reside in Logan Circle. 

Parks, Landmarks and Attractions

Head to Logan Circle for some of Philly’s most important landmarks - the Art Museum and  Free Library of Philadelphia, the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Franklin Institute, and the Roman Catholic Cathedral-Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul, not to mention the majestic Swann Memorial Fountain, which represents the region’s major waterways: the Delaware, Schuylkill and Wissahickon.

City Hall, which separates East and West Market Street and North and South Broad Street, boasts stunning architecture and a roomy center, adorned with an ornate sundial painted on its ground.
